I am Matt Rando, owner of Willow Glen Workout Garage. I started WGWG because I wanted to create a place where people could come to accomplish their health and fitness goals. I wanted to create a platform both online and in-person where I can give people honest feedback in order to get people the results they want.
Growing up I tried every nutrition and fitness regimen in search of the “perfect body.” I did everything from going to the gym, two times a day, to obsessively tracking food, over-consuming crappy protein supplements, to the point where I was peeing blood for a year and it hurt to go to the bathroom! There was even a period of time where I woke up at nights to drink and eat food because all the articles I read from Muscle & Fitness magazines advised me to do so in order to put on more muscle. The list goes on and on.
I’m grateful for my past experiences because I know there is others out there that can relate. I’m sure there has been a time when you stumbled upon an online article or magazine promoting the latest fad diet, superfood, or workout program promising to bring you great success only to eventually lead to another failed attempt at achieving your goals. If that’s you, you’re in the right place. I’m going to help you shuffle through some of the nonsense and try my best to make it as simple as possible, so you can spend more time enjoying life instead of obsessing over it.
1-on-1 Personal Training is for individuals who are looking to train privately in person at the Willow Glen Workout Garage facility. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, a personal trainer can keep you accountable for achieving your unique goals by instilling the best program designed for you.
